Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Specialist to provide the technical support for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and other related power solutions for Data Centers. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of technical support, product innovation and technological sharing for mission-critical power systems. A. Provide advanced technical support to regional product team on 3PH UPS and other power related systems. B. Share technological advancements and product innovations with regional consulting firms. C. Assist the East Asia sales team in the execution of ETO/FAT requests with the factory. D. Interface with vendors, and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues. E. Keep up to date with industry trends, technical standards, and new UPS and power related technologies. F. Assist in the development of technical documentation, manuals, and support resources. G. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and internal quality standards. H. Provide regular reporting to management on product performance and issue trending. I. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System (QMS) / Environment Health & Safety (EHS): a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS / EHS c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS / EHS requirements d. Ensuring the QMS / EHS meets its goals e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS /EHS Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in UPS and power related systems technical support. A. Strong knowledge of UPS systems, battery technologies (VRLA, Li-ion). B. Familiarity with electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and control systems. C. Proficient with technical documentation. D. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
