YOUR CHALLENGE

For our Italian branch located in Cassina de’ Pecchi (MI) we are looking for a Product Specialist Preanalitycs who is willing to work in a young, dynamic and challenging team.
In this position, you will be dedicated to pre- and after-sales technical/scientific support for preanalytics products: you will perform the conversion to our laboratory products, ensuring technical support, training and continuous improvement for the entire duration of the supply.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in scientific disciplines (e.g. Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences…).
Previous experience in the diagnostics, laboratory, or medical device sector is a plus.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

Languages: Italian, English B2-C1

Responsibilities
  • Scientific and technical knowledge of the assigned products, with continuous updates on industry innovations and other market players
  • Providing technical and scientific support to the sales agents and directly supporting customers
  • Organizing and conducting product demonstrations
  • Overseeing the installation and introduction of products at customer sites, ensuring correct and efficient use
  • Delivering ongoing training to end users and conducting periodic training sessions for sales agents
  • Preparing, updating, and translating technical and scientific documentation for the products
  • Managing technical documentation required for public tenders, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality submissions
  • Providing technical and scientific support for the preparation of commercial offers and orders, in collaboration with the Logistic team
  • Assisting in the creation of promotional materials and marketing communications for the sales network
  • Participating in the organization and execution of corporate and product-related events
