Description The Product Specialist provides day-to-day support to the Product Marketing Manager and the broader Marketing team. This role helps coordinate product marketing activities, organize materials, and assist with product launches and internal communications. Responsibilities: Assist with basic tasks related to product launches, updates, and marketing initiatives Help gather information about products, features, and customer use cases Develop in-depth user feedback Support the creation and updating of product collateral Organize and maintain product marketing materials such as presentations, one-pagers, etc. Help distribute and implement product updates and marketing materials to internal teams Conduct basic research on competitors, products, and market trends Collect and organize data and feedback related to campaigns and product performance Prepare basic reports and summaries Provide support to keep tasks, timelines, and deadlines for product marketing projects moving forward Assist with scheduling meetings/events and taking notes Translate complex product features into clear customer-facing benefits Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or go to market roles Experience supporting product launches, messaging, and positioning Background working with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) Strong understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product lifecycle management Ability to conduct market, competitive, and customer research Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar CRMs Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and listening skills Self-motivated, confident, and resilient Ability to learn new products and technologies quickly Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
