Product Specialist – Aesthetic Injectables
Location: Dubai - UAE
Department: Sales – Aesthetic Injectables
Reporting To: Sales Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Product Specialist, you will be the key driver in promoting and selling Rovamed’s Aesthetic Injectables portfolio to both new and existing clients. You will maintain strong, trust-based relationships with aesthetic clinics and medical centers while acting as the primary point of contact for product education, technical guidance, and business development.
This role demands a blend of sales expertise, product knowledge, and field engagement, along with a leadership mindset to support junior team members.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science or a related scientific discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in the medical field, with at least 1 year in aesthetic injectables.
  • Proven experience and technical understanding of the Exosomes market.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule and conduct regular visits to clinics and medical aesthetic centers to promote Rovamed’s products and identify new business opportunities using sales tools and market insights.
  • Conduct face-to-face product detailing to medical professionals, with the goal of product inclusion within their practice.
  • Generate sales orders, monitor market share, and lead on-site brand activities such as workshops, hands-on training, and group meetings.
  • Serve as the primary source of technical and product information, guiding clients on effective product use and differentiation from competitor offerings.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive customer database with key clinic and contact information, including details on competitors, purchase behavior, and physician profiles.
  • Submit timely and detailed weekly reports covering sales performance, competitor activities, pricing, and market intelligence.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, physicians, and stakeholders to foster customer loyalty and expand Rovamed’s market presence.
  • Participate in and execute marketing initiatives to support overall brand strategy.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
