Job Description About the Job We are looking for a Catalogue Manager to join our Technology & Solutions team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our product data management, ensuring that our quoting and ERP tools are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for efficiency. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver seamless proposals and maintain operational excellence. This is not just a data entry role – it’s about owning the lifecycle of our product catalogue, driving process improvements, and collaborating across departments to keep our systems aligned with market needs. What You’ll Do Manage the full lifecycle of catalogue items used in quoting and ERP tools Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems and tools Collaborate with pre-sales, product management, procurement, and logistics teams to maintain pricing, product descriptions, and availability Monitor supplier updates and integrate new products or changes into the catalogue Identify and implement process improvements for catalogue management and ERP integration Support internal teams with catalogue-related queries and troubleshooting Qualifications What We’re Looking For · Background: Strong IT background (ERP systems, data management) · Industry knowledge: experience in Physical Security market (CCTV, Access Controle, Intrusion, …) is a strong plus Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with large datasets Tools: Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Mindset: Organized, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership Languages: Fluent in French or Dutch, and English Additional Information Why Join Us?
