Sarai responsabile dello sviluppo delle potenzialità della Business Unit Wound Management e del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita nel territorio assegnato, occupandoti sia dei clienti esistenti sia dello sviluppo di nuove opportunità di business. Promuoverai i prodotti, fornirai formazione e supporto agli utilizzatori lavorando in stretta collaborazione con il Regional Sales Manager e con i team interfunzionali. Contribuirai all’implementazione delle strategie commerciali e di marketing, al rafforzamento del posizionamento di mercato e al raggiungimento costante degli obiettivi di vendita. È un ruolo dinamico, fortemente orientato al cliente, con ampia responsabilità e visibilità sul territorio. Cosa ti servirà per avere successo? Pregressa esperienza in una posizione simile nel settore dei Dispositivi Medici Esperienza nel settore ospedaliero, area chirurgica. Esperienza nella gestione di stakeholder non clinici (Amministrazione/acquisti) Lingua Inglese Livello medio-alto (indispensabile) Utilizzo del pacchetto Office a livello medio-alto. Utilizzo CRM disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente all’interno del territorio assegnato ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali, con attitudine alla gestione autonoma del territorio e al raggiungimento dei risultati You.
