Description
Description About Stampin’ Up! At Stampin’ Up!, we believe creativity connects us — to ourselves, to each other, and to moments that matter most. Every product we create is designed to inspire meaningful connection through creativity, whether that’s a handmade card, a memory preserved, or a shared creative experience across the globe. We’re a people-first company at heart. We care deeply about our employees, our customers, and our independent demonstrators, and we show up every day guided by our core values: we care about people first, we act with courage, we better our best, and we own it. Our work is colorful, collaborative, and fast-moving — blending imagination with strategy to bring innovative products to life for a passionate, global creative community. About the RoleThis role sits at the exciting intersection of creativity and analytics — where big ideas meet thoughtful planning and strong execution. As part of our Product team, you’ll lead products from cradle to grave, shaping global product lifecycle plans that balance creative vision, market trends, operational realities, and revenue goals. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional creative and operational partners to concept, launch, evolve, and eventually retire products — all while keeping timelines, priorities, and performance top of mind. This is a role for someone who loves both brainstorming and spreadsheets, who can zoom out to think strategically and zoom in to manage details, timelines, and feedback with clarity and care. You’ll be juggling multiple product timelines at once, delivering concise, thoughtful feedback to creative partners, and helping drive decisions that impact our global business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and feel energized by turning creativity into commercial success — you’ll feel right at home here. What We’re Looking For We’re excited about candidates who bring: Strategic thinking with a creative lens Strong cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organization, prioritization, and project management abilities Confidence navigating multiple timelines and complex product plans The ability to move quickly, adapt, and stay grounded in a dynamic environment What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing creative products to life — from first spark to final send-off — while keeping strategy, timelines, and revenue goals front and center. Live and lead our core values by putting people first, acting with courage, bettering your best, and owning your work every step of the way. Manage products from cradle to grave, including product positioning, pricing, sales analysis, and ongoing system and item maintenance to support revenue and profitability goals. Own the global product lifecycle plan, overseeing concepting, launch execution, revisions and enhancements, and thoughtful product discontinuation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Research & Development, Product Design, Concept Art, Supply Chain, Marketing, and international stakeholders to bring new products to market and support existing product lines. Balance creativity with analytics, using data, market insights, and performance metrics to guide decisions and optimize product strategies. Manage multiple timelines at once, ensuring product plans stay on track in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Deliver clear, concise, and timely feedback to creative partners to align on vision, execution, and revenue-driving outcomes. Stay curious and trend-aware, researching market trends, color, design, and consumer behavior to keep our product offerings innovative and relevant. Advocate for the customer, ensuring product decisions meet existing and emerging consumer needs across our global creative community. What You Bring We’re excited about candidates who bring both structure and imagination to the table. Ideally, you’ll have: A Bachelor’s degree and/or at least two years of product management experience, including exposure to trends, color, and design. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, drive alignment across teams, resolve conflict, and clearly articulate strategic recommendations.
