Working Week: Mon - Sat 9am - 6pm
Full Time: 5 days a week including Saturdays.
Part Time: including Saturdays, is an option.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent numeracy & literacy skills. (essential)
- Strong understanding of audio connectors (XLR, Jack, RCA Phono), USB connections (USB-A, USB-B, USB-C), and power connections including 13A plugs, IEC, and PowerCON. (essential)
- Working knowledge of a variety of DJ equipment and DJ Software, such as Rekordbox / Serato DJ (essential)
- Basic knowledge of PA equipment setup, Music Production and Home Studio equipment (preferable)
- Comfortable setting up and running software on both Mac and Windows operating systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot errors / issues on Windows, Mac or Linux
- Attention to detail, with an eye for accuracy, is key for this role, especially with spelling and grammar.
- Motivation to deliver retail excellence as part of a close-knit team.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Basic HTML knowledge.
- Basic Graphic Design / Photoshop skills.
- A working knowledge of any of our core brands would be advantageous.
- Retail experience (not essential)
- Passionate interest in music, as well as DJ and Studio equipment technology.
- Note: this is a physical role so you will need to be comfortable with lifting heavy objects
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- GCSE Maths, English and Science (C and above / 5 and above)
