The Job Convert leads provided by bank to sales through telemarketing Handle customer enquiries with confidence Correspond with customers through emails Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment Achieve sales target set out by business Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma Applicants with the Certificate in General Insurance/ BCP & PGI will be preferred Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage for Mandarin-speaking customers A good team player with ability to multitask and meets stringent service standards Well organized and systematic in work Keen to learn and positive work attitude Proficient in Microsoft office and AS400 Meticulous in documentation and fulfillment work
