Responsibilities
  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of aligner products, including features, benefits, and clinical applications.
  • Educate doctors on product usage, advantages, and the impact on patient outcomes.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with doctors, dental practices, and orthodontic professionals.
  • Conduct regular visits to healthcare providers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
  • Execute sales plans to target specific healthcare professionals and practices.
  • Present and demonstrate aligner products to doctors, showcasing their effectiveness and patient benefits.
  • Provide training sessions and educational materials to doctors and their staff on aligner products.
  • Assist with product trials and offer ongoing support for usage and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and product positioning.
  • Gather insights from doctors to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
  • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with other sales representatives to share best practices and insights.
  • Act as a liaison between doctors and the company, advocating for customer needs and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
  • Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
