We’re looking for a proactive and driven Product Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, supporting our channel partners, and managing assigned product lines within the ICT industry. REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT distribution or system integration sales.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building lasting business relationships.
  • Familiarity with ICT solutions and the local IT channel landscape.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
  • Develop product presentation materials and conduct product trainings for channel sales teams.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to craft competitive strategies and action plans to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and business performance to recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct pricing analysis and product comparisons to identify advantages and market opportunities.
  • Work with internal marketing to plan and execute campaigns, events, and promotional programs.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners to grow business opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate quotations for partners and assist in closing deals.
  • Manage relationships with assigned product vendors, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Recommend and execute joint sales and marketing activities with partners to drive growth.
  • Handle partner enquiries, feedback, and operational issues in a timely manner.
