This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 6-15 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years JobType: full-time As a Product Specialist, you will develop deep product knowledge, act as a subject-matter expert, and help internal and external stakeholders make the most of the product. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals early to mid-career who enjoy combining analytical thinking, customer interaction, and product storytelling. Key Responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of the product’s features, use cases, workflows, and competitive positioning Act as a product expert to support Sales, Pre-sales, and Customer Success teams during demos, onboarding, and client discussions Assist in gathering customer feedback, feature requests, and pain points, and communicate insights to the Product team Collaborate with Product Managers to support product launches, feature rollouts, and go-to-market initiatives Create and maintain product documentation, FAQs, training materials, presentations, and demo scripts Conduct product walkthroughs, internal training sessions, and enablement programs for cross-functional teams Analyze product usage data and customer behavior to identify adoption gaps and improvement opportunities Support issue triaging by coordinating with Engineering, QA, and Support teams when product-related concerns arise Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer expectations to help refine product positioning Required Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of product concepts, user experience, and customer-centric thinking Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, feedback, and usage metrics Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a problem-solving approach Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (preferred) Qualifications & Experience 1–6 years of experience as a Product Specialist, Business Analyst, Pre-sales, Product Operations, or a related role Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field Experience working with SaaS, digital products, or technology platforms is a plus Exposure to tools such as CRM systems, product analytics platforms, or documentation tools is desirable
