JOB SUMMARY

This is a full-time non-exempt position.
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Update Products within the Business’s ERP (MACH)
  • Entry of new products to the Business and Vendor’s Standards
  • Maintaining existing product to the Business and Vendor’s Standards (Update Pricing, Product Description, Vehicle Application, New Minimum Order Quantities, Discontinued Products etc.)
  • Tracking of Unsourced and Discontinued Products
  • Update Previously Entered Products to Current Standards
  • Update Product on the Business’s Website
  • Audit New Items for Technical Website or Data Entry Errors
  • Properly Catalog Product within the Website’s Established Category Structure
  • Research and Add Cross Sell Items to New and Existing Products
  • Review Sourced Product Imagery and Determine if in-house photography is necessary
  • Communicate with in house Media Team to update Products appropriately
  • Update Previously Entered Products to Current Standards
  • Verify Daily Import of New Products from MACH
  • Complete Projects Provided by Management Team related to Product
  • Communication with Vendors
  • Establish and Maintain Relationships with New and Current Product Vendors
  • Establish and Maintain Relationships with New and Current Product Manufacturers
  • Receive and Implement Product Updates Passed down from various Vendors and Manufacturers to include but not limited to pricing, product description, vehicle application, discontinued product, etc.
  • Coordinate Manufacturing Timelines and Delivery of various Products
  • Properly Catalog and Track Tooling used to Produce Exclusive Products
  • Communicate Discovered Product Defects and Application Errors
  • Receive Vendor Related Rebates and Promotions
  • Work within the Company and Organization on various product related projects
  • Communicate with Intercompany Management and Departments on Product related Inquiries
  • Identify New Product Opportunities for intercompany Manufacturing and Rebuild Departments
  • Notify Sales and Marketing of New Product Launches and Current Product Updates
  • Notify Sales and Marketing of Upcoming Vendor Rebates and Promotions
  • Notify Purchasing of Product Updates
  • Coordinate Large Deliveries with Warehouse and Receiving
  • Communicate Necessary Quality Control and Storage Procedures with Warehouse and Receiving
  • Communicate with Accounting on Projects with Large Capital Commitments
  • Identify Products for Sales and Marketing to Promote through the Company’s various Channels
  • Product Updates Related to Print Catalog Production
  • Cross Train on Positions within the Product and Purchasing Team
