Description
About fullthrottle.ai  fullthrottle.ai is redefining AdTech for the mid-market by making advanced identity, AI-driven audience building, omnichannel activation, and transaction-level measurement radically easy. Our AI Media Agent brings the sophistication of a DSP, CDP, and analytics suite together in one intuitive platform. No armies of analysts, no complex stacks, and no friction. We help agencies, brands, and media companies unlock first-party power and execute premium marketing without the heavy lift.  Role Overview  The Product Strategist, AdTech is a high-impact builder inside the product organization. This role operates at the intersection of product strategy, activation mechanics, and go-to-market execution. You will help shape, scope, and launch core software capabilities that strengthen our All-in-One Workflow vision.  You will work cross-functionally across Engineering, Marketing, Revenue, Operations, and Platform Success to thread the needle from idea conception to user implementation. This is a strategic execution role for someone who wants to directly influence what gets built, how it is positioned, and how it performs in market. If you are excited by designing the systems that power modern AdTech, and want to help take those systems to market, this role sits at the center of that mission.  Key Responsibilities  Strategic Product Development  * Partner with the Director of Product Development and VP of Product to translate strategic initiatives into structured product scopes.  * Draft detailed requirements for new tactics, workflow enhancements, AI features, and inventory expansions.  * Evaluate technical feasibility, user impact, and business tradeoffs before development begins.  * Actively contribute to roadmap discussions with informed perspective on activation mechanics and market positioning.  Cross-Functional Productization  * Lead coordination across Engineering, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations to ensure new capabilities are fully productized.  * Ensure messaging, enablement, internal training, and operational workflows align with feature design.  * Support launch readiness by validating that new functionality integrates seamlessly into the unified workflow experience.  * Thread the needle between product intent and real-world user implementation.  Market & Workflow Intelligence  * Research competitive capabilities, partner APIs, and evolving AdTech trends to inform feature design.  * Engage with internal teams and select customers to understand friction, edge cases, and opportunity gaps.  * Translate real-world activation complexity into simplified, scalable platform solutions.  * Think critically about how each feature strengthens the All-in-One Workflow promise. Execution & Quality Discipline  * Collaborate closely with Engineering throughout development cycles to clarify requirements and reduce ambiguity.  * Participate in structured validation prior to release as well as continued quality assurance post release to ensure features function as designed across workflows.  * Refine and iterate on features post-launch based on feedback and performance insights.  Ideal Profile  * 3–6 years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, product environments, or digital media platforms.  * Deep curiosity about product design and AI-powered workflows.  * Highly autonomous and detailed, with disciplined follow-through.  * Strong understanding of programmatic media, media activation workflows, and marketing audience mechanics.  * Experience drafting requirements scopes, contributing to feature design, or supporting product launches is a plus.  * Confident communicator who can operate across technical and commercial stakeholders.  * Voracious builder motivated to grow into Product Management or Platform Strategy leadership.  What Success Looks Like  * Core platform capabilities launch with clarity, cohesion, and strong market alignment.  * Core platform functionality is constantly delightful for our users and partners.  * New tactics and workflow enhancements feel native to the platform — not layered on.  * Cross-functional launches are coordinated and confident.  * The product roadmap becomes sharper because you actively shape it.  * The All-in-One Workflow is a powerful, tangible user experience.
