Job Description Reporting to the Head of Product Strategy, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for onboarding, client management, banking services and wealth products, serving both retail and institutional clients. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers and UX researchers driving cross-functional collaboration and aligning all efforts toward one goal: delivering best-in-class digital banking experience across platforms and geographies. As the Product Strategy Banking Manager, you will: Collaborate and Inspire Build strong partnerships with stakeholders such as Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Software Engineering to ensure alignment and impact across the organization Strengthen collaboration with other product managers to share insights, best practices, and ensure a cohesive product vision across all product lines Partner with the Head of Design to ensure design consistency and scalability across all banking experiences Inspire internal and external stakeholders with a clear vision for the future of banking at Swissquote Team Management Lead, organize, and motivate the product team by fostering collaboration, ownership, and excellence Manage resources, priorities, and timelines to deliver impactful results Support employee growth through mentorship, coaching, and structured development plans Ensure smooth onboarding and alignment of new team members with Swissquote’s culture and objectives Oversee HR-related processes and performance management within the team Performance and Skills Development Management Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching. Conduct performance reviews, identify development areas, and ensure continuous professional growth Contribute to career path definition and skills development programs within the Product Strategy organization Goals Supervision Oversee the full lifecycle of product strategy: from research and competitive analysis to goals definition, validation, and delivery Ensure objectives are met on time, maintaining high standards of quality, scalability, and collaboration with Software Engineering — our main execution partner Qualifications 5 to 8 years of experience in banking, fintech, or financial services, as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Strategist Education at Bachelor/Master’s degree level A strong leader with proven financial experience and the ability to drive alignment across teams and stakeholders A track record of delivering impactful digital finance products and services Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to make data-driven decisions Highly organized, autonomous, and result-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment A compelling storyteller who can articulate a clear product vision and inspire action Fluency in English is mandatory (our working language). French or other languages are a plus
