WHAT WE NEED

• 4-7 years of experience in consulting, product management, technology strategy, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, including backlog management, agile methodologies, and user research.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring effective execution of product and technology initiatives.
• Experience conducting market analysis, competitive research, and business process assessments.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deliverables.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Strong ability to storyboard, and create slides for, presentations and consulting deliverables
• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, and Tableau (or similar BI tools) is a plus.
• Experience in Transportation, Logistics, and/or Supply Chain is an asset, but not required
