Why does this job exist and why is it critical? Job Summary You will lead strategic device initiatives across both Mobile and Home segments. Additionally, you will also drive the overall device strategy, lead annual and mid-term planning, and optimize subsidies. Your focus will be on ensuring sustainable growth through strong business cases, impactful campaigns, and innovative device ownership models. Job Responsibilities Lead strategic planning, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Device Management Forum. (DMF) Drive subsidy management to ensure effective allocation and ROI. Develop and present business cases to support new initiatives and strategic campaign planning. Conduct performance reviews and implement optimization strategies to maximize efficiency and results. Lead product and ownership model development to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance and technology teams to align on strategy and execution. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field. Minimum 5 – 8 years of relevant working experience in product management, strategy or innovation within the telco, tech or digital services industry. Strong analytical skills with proven experience in business case development and campaign planning. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
