Position Summary The Product Success Intern will support the Product Success Team at Opus IVS by assisting in data analysis, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. This role focuses on ensuring accurate service reporting, investigating discrepancies, and helping maintain a high standard of product delivery and customer experience. Responsibilities: Assist with reviewing and maintaining accurate reporting to support invoice and service delivery. Help develop and update documentation for product integration processes, ensuring alignment with technical specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product Success Managers, Project Manager, Key Account Managers) to gather feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to project planning and tracking, including risk identification and progress updates on Monday.com Investigate data discrepancies and work with the Product Success Team to identify resolutions. Requirements Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail. Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) or willingness to learn. Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
