As a Product Success Manager, your role is to work across the organization and with our main platform partner, Microsoft, to maximize ARR growth. This includes optimizing existing business models and quickly adapting to new acquisitions, geographies, or customer segments. You’ll coordinate with territory leads, functional heads, and external partners—showing agility in data analysis and decision-making. While primarily an individual contributor role, success depends heavily on influencing stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Research, Monitor & Analyze Market Dynamics:Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors. Develop strategic success plans to strengthen our presence in active SignUp Software geographies and craft business cases for expanding into new regions and customer segments.
  • Build and Leverage Microsoft Partnerships:Nurture and expand our relationship with Microsoft via our Partner Development Manager. Stay informed about Microsoft partner programs and leverage these benefits to support our product growth and success.
  • Share Knowledge & Drive Adoption:Deliver detailed briefings and training sessions to the SignUp Software team on latest insights, industry developments, and product updates. Gather feedback, implement improvements, and enable the organization to effectively utilize market intelligence.
  • Content & Thought Leadership Development:Create technical documentation, FAQs, and marketing resources that showcase our product’s unique benefits and competitive edge. Collaborate with product marketers to develop high-quality thought leadership content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all communication channels.
  • Track & Report on Market Impact:Monitor how industry trends and product updates influence our offerings and market position. Provide regular reports to leadership to inform strategic decisions.
