Job Description At Unit4, our Product Success Partners (PSPs) bring deep product expertise into the customer journey, helping customers unlock more value from their Unit4 solutions through Success4U. Working alongside Customer Success Managers, PSPs turn product capability into measurable outcomes by driving adoption, optimisation, and value realisation. What you’ll do: Partner with CSMs to shape and evolve customer Success Plans, linking business goals to product adoption and measurable value. Use deep product knowledge to identify adoption gaps, optimisation opportunities, and best-practice pathways across Unit4 solutions Guide customers towards scalable, future-ready ways of working by promoting standard functionality and reducing unnecessary complexity. Support Value Enhancement Services by triaging customer needs and aligning them to outcome-based packages or analysis paths. Bring the voice of the customer back into Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to influence continuous improvement Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience as technical customer support or technical consultant in the area of U4ERP Experience in Customer Success, consulting, implementation, or enterprise SaaS/ERP roles Strong ability to translate product capabilities into business value and guide customers towards measurable outcomes Confidence in working with customers on adoption, optimisation, and value realisation Ability to turn ambiguous customer needs into clear recommendations, practical actions, and next steps Knowledge of ERPx and related domains such as reporting, configuration, extensibility, APIs, and Extension Kit is a strong advantage, along with an understanding of SQL and data Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across customers, CSMs, Product, Engineering, Support, and consulting teams A proactive, consultative mindset with a strong focus on customer value, best practice, and continuous improvement Additional Information Who we are We are a people-first community that nurtures all the areas that surround your working experience.
