Description
We’re looking for a Product Intern to join our Product team this summer! This is an exciting opportunity for a student who’s passionate about technology, user experience, and solving real-world problems. You’ll work alongside our product managers and designers to help improve FieldPulse’s platform and deliver features that make a difference for thousands of small business users. What You’ll Do Support the Product team in defining and refining feature requirements and user stories. Conduct market and user research to identify customer needs and pain points. Analyze customer feedback, feature requests, and usage data to uncover trends and insights. Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to support product development and launches. Assist in QA testing and user acceptance testing for new product releases. Help organize and maintain product documentation, release notes, and roadmaps. Participate in team meetings and brainstorm sessions to propose new ideas or improvements. What We’re Looking For Current student pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Interest in SaaS products, UX, and technology-driven solutions. Highly organized and comfortable working in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, or Notion is a plus (but not required). What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience working on a live SaaS product used by real customers. Exposure to the full product development lifecycle — from research to launch. Mentorship from experienced product managers and cross-functional teammates.
