Product Supply Lead / Service Operations Warehousers are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our Product Supply Leads are responsible for leading a team of 20-30 to reach the goals of the warehouse and perform great customer service for our sales partners on weekly meetings. Product Supply Leads are also responsible for a variety of typical warehouse tasks, including moving material around the warehouse. Here is a list of some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during the workday:

  • Use Microsoft Excel to help manage Inventory and Product supply demands
  • Pick and load sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare the warehouse (e.g., rotates stock, complete master sanitation tasks, etc.) for daily operation
  • Sort Totes and boxes and put back any return product that has returned to the DC.
  • Utilize a picking system and handheld devices to help troubleshoot technical issues with equipment
  • Walk the Building and verify all product is ready for the picking team and mapped to the correct locations
  • Managing the Inventory levels for the warehouse using our inventory control system, along with using excel to filter off products that are out of stock daily & weekly.
  • Self-driven ability to seek information and learn from other teams to achieve the warehouse goals.
  • Analyzing product supplies to increase the Fill Rate for the site
  • Using forklifts/pallet jacks for product rotation

We are open 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule, and it’s a physical job! If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Here are the minimum requirements for this role:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift
  • You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • You can stand and walk for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • You can climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • You are willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant
  • You are willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces
