Liebherr Mining is seeking experienced Product Support Advisor to join our team at customer mine sites at Mt Arthur South.
In this role, you’ll provide field and technical support to our customers, ensuring their Liebherr excavators operate at peak performance. You’ll be a problem-solver, a skilled technician, and a trusted advisor, collaborating with customers and colleagues to keep their operations running smoothly.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (HIGHLY REGARDED):

• Additional Low Voltage Training
• MDG25 certification
• Working at Heights certification
• Certificate IV Engineering (Fluid Power)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults on Liebherr excavators (various models including R9350, R9400, R996/B & R9800)
• Assist with major and minor services to site machines.
• Manage warranty jobs and support with site claim submissions.
• Conduct machine health assessments and generate comprehensive reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation (timesheets, maintenance requests, site-specific reports).
• Promote Liebherr as a solutions provider, exceeding customer expectations.
• Ensure clear communication with customers, & internal stakeholders, keeping them informed of all relevant information.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and tradespeople.
• Coach and mentor Liebherr and customer technicians.
