Certikin International is looking for a Product Support Advisor to join our busy Liners & Covers Division to help deliver further growth. Certikin International is a brand leader that delivers everything that is required to build, refurbish & maintain residential and commercial swimming pools and spa/wellness centers. Based in our Head Office in Witney, Oxfordshire the successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with technical enquiries, specifying products and providing quotations on liners & covers for pools and providing a high level of customer service.

• Previous experience of working in the Swimming Pool industry would be desirable but not essential
• Technical skills, practical thinking and a strong sales focus
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of account management, or previous sales experience would be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft software
• Ability to function in a high-paced environment.
