I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Platform Administrator to lead the upgrade, governance, and troubleshooting of our Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit.
  • This role will be equally focused on AI administration and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance, as well as Dynamics 365 CRM management and enhancement.
  • The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across Power Platform tools, including Co-Pilot Studio, Power BI, Canvas apps, and D365 CRM, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform

  • Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration with Power Platform.
  • Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs.
  • Document processes and ensure consistent workflows across CRM and Power Platform solutions.

AI & Microsoft 365 Copilot

  • Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, including user enablement, policy compliance, and performance monitoring.
  • Administer AI capabilities within Power Platform and M365, ensuring responsible use and alignment with business goals.
  • Provide expertise in Co-Pilot Studio to streamline development and automation processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in workflows and reporting.

Job Qualifications:

  • Power BI Expertise: Strong skills in creating and managing reports and dashboards.
  • Power Platform CoE Toolkit: Experience in upgrading and troubleshooting the toolkit.
  • Copilot Studio Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for automation and development.
  • Canvas App Development: Skilled in building user-friendly and functional Canvas apps.
  • Dynamics 365 CRM: Proven experience in administering and customizing D365 CRM.
  • AI & M365 Copilot Governance: Familiarity with AI tools and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance practices.
  • Azure Services: Solid understanding of Azure Analytics and related services.
