Summary:
As a Product Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding client policies and contributing to the development of machine learning tools aimed at enhancing team efficiency and productivity. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll focus on curating data to address specific test cases, support new pilots, and facilitate product launches. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to meet deadlines, communicate project progress, and uphold the quality of work onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and investigate reported requests from internal teams and customers to determine necessary attribute edits/updates.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to support client stakeholders across various analysis projects.
  • Utilize various research methods including web research, outbound calls, and third-party sources.
  • Adapt to new interfaces and project policies effectively.
  • Navigate internal tools, policies, and procedures proficiently.
  • Meet daily quota expectations and project deadlines while ensuring high-quality work.
  • Independently manage project queue volumes with minimal guidance.
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to ongoing analysis work.
  • Apply critical thinking to address ambiguous use cases.
  • Identify and suggest areas for continuous process improvement.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing internal tools and systems.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in meeting daily productivity and quality metrics/SLA goals.
  • Experience in Data Analytics or similar analysis work.
  • Proficiency in web research and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
  • Technical skills in programming languages, data visualization tools, AIML, etc., are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ticket management tools and Mac OS preferred.
  • Understanding of MacOS and the Apple product environment.
