Job Title: Product Support AP Specialist Reports To: Vice President, Parts Job Summary:  Responsible for accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient processing of account payables transactions. Responsibilities:    * Verifies and processes invoices for payment * Processes vendor credits and applies to outstanding Parts Purchase Returns * Interfaces with vendors and responds to inquiries and outstanding invoices * Reconciles and assists with outstanding vendor receivers including goods received not invoiced reporting * Reconciles and analyzes outstanding vendor invoices and balances * Performs other tasks as assigned by manager        Education/Experience/Skill:    * High School diploma or GED and a minimum two years at Vocational or Technical School (or comparable experience in industry - preferably in the Parts Dept area)  * Proficient computer skills  * Excellent written and oral communication skills  * Excellent interpersonal skills  * Highly organized * Attention to detail and accuracy * Experience with fully integrated ERP system * Experience with MS Outlook, Word and Excel  Linder Industrial Machinery Company is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
