Currently in its third generation of family ownership and management, the company spans six states – West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine with 19 branch locations.   Job Description Summary: The Product Support Branch Manager is responsible for leading the Parts and Service departments for the Somerset Branch location. The Manager oversees Service Technicians and Mechanics, who work in the shop and the field, and the Parts Counter and Warehouse personnel. The technicians perform a variety of functions, including maintaining the Company’s rental fleet, performing scheduled maintenance or warranty work, diagnosing and repairing customer equipment. The Manager will direct branch personnel to deliver cost effective reliable service for our customers and ensure that safety, responsiveness and professionalism are prioritized. In addition, Parts orders must be promptly filled and invoiced, and inventories recorded and accurately accounted for in the system. The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations by ensuring that customer needs are met, issues are resolved, and opportunities to profitably grow the business are pursued. Required Qualifications: * Management experience in Service Department with knowledge of Parts and Warehouse functions and P&L responsibility and achievement of profitable results. * Proven track record in training, scheduling, and managing field technicians. * Strong technical competence in mechanical functions and specialized equipment repair. * Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. * Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to service operations. * Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
