JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Product Support Engineer who thrives on making a strong personal contribution to the business. You want to deliver – for our customers, for the business and for yourself.
We have an opportunity to join our Product Support Engineering Team, supporting the in-service performance of Power Distribution products to the global military sector. As a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, you would join our team in Cheltenham, solving problems and driving improvements to our products in service.
You’ll be a self-starter, enjoy working with others or on your own initiative and always seeking to be forward thinking and going the extra mile to help us maintain our excellent performance. You’ll also be keen to grow and to seek out new challenges and knowledge whilst in turn gaining more responsibility.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Problem solving is at the core of what we do. You will be qualified to Degree or above in an electronic discipline or have an equivalent relevant level of experience and knowledge. An understanding of power product operation is a must and you will be comfortable with using engineering drawings, schematics and specifications. Problems never come one at a time, so you must demonstrate that you can manage multiple projects, all the while ensuring that attention to detail and adherence to regulations are maintained.
