Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Product Support Service Engineer to provide technical support and after-sales service for heavy equipment. The role ensures optimal equipment performance, high service standards, and strong customer satisfaction across both workshop and field operations. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for technical support and service-related queries Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on heavy equipment Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults Conduct overhaul and component-level repairs when required Maintain accurate service reports, inspection records, and maintenance logs Monitor equipment performance and identify recurring issues for improvement Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety regulations, and company policies Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience in product support, service engineering, or after-sales support Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment (excavators, cranes, forklifts, etc.) Solid understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation Excellent communication and customer-handling skills Willingness to travel to client sites across the UAE Preferred Skills Experience with OEMs such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Liebherr, or JCB Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market Familiarity with service management systems and reporting tools
