The skills we need: Computer Literacy Strong Attention to Detail Strong ability to interpret complex data and extract meaningful insights Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data modelling) Knowledge of customer behaviour, retail operations, or digital platforms (advantage) Strong written and verbal communication skills Attributes required: Collaborative Creative Energy Hands on Have an opinion and voice it Strong communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Tech-savvy with an interest in leveraging technology for innovative customer solutions. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Product, Customer Service) to conceptualize and implement features that enhance the TakealotMORE subscription offering. Assist in defining and documenting user requirements and product specifications for new initiatives. Conduct customer research and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement. Conduct market research to understand emerging trends and competitive landscapes in loyalty and subscription services. Monitor customer behavior and subscription metrics to identify areas for performance improvement. Present data-driven insights to the team to guide strategic decision-making. Support the rollout of A/B tests to validate feature releases or improvements. Help validate and test new features for takealotMORE across platforms (web, app, etc.). Prepare and deliver presentations on project progress, learnings, and future recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
