QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • At a minimum should have 7 years of relevant Department of Defense work experience managing product support activities
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline from an accredited college or university. Will allow substation of degree with 4 years additional work experience and Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) certificate.
  • Must possess a current Top Secret DoD Security Clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
  • Experience leading product support activities across a matrixed team.
  • Advanced user capabilities of Microsoft software applications required primarily Project, Excel, PowerPoint & Word

Responsibilities
  • Manages product support activities from conceptual stage through the life cycle of the product.
  • Develops and implements product support activities including integrated logistics support (ILS), technical documentation, reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM), provisioning, etc
  • Coordinates efforts of subcontractors and field service personnel
  • Resolves logistics and maintenance problems
  • Compiles data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite product support activities.
