Dynamic Equipment is seeking a highly motivated Product Support Manager to lead and elevate our Parts and Service operations. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate across departments—Parts, Service, Rental, and Branch Management—to drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth throughout your assigned territory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in parts, service, or product support in the construction or heavy equipment industry
  • Proven leadership in a customer-facing or operational role
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or higher preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; dealership/service software experience is a plus
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift/push/pull items 10–50 lbs.
  • Mix of sitting, standing, walking, and manual activity

Responsibilities
  • Oversee budget performance and expense control across parts and service functions.
  • Support sales quotes and work orders in coordination with internal managers.
  • Monitor inventory control and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Lead WIP (Work In Progress) tracking to ensure timely job completion and invoicing.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through on-site visits, strategic account management, and proactive outreach.
  • Partner with Marketing to execute growth campaigns and support promotions.
  • Liaise with OEMs and suppliers to secure discounts, credits, and improved offerings.
  • Organize technical and product training for staff development.
  • Lead regular team meetings, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a key voice in ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures across locations.
