PRODUCT SUPPORT MANAGER - TELEMATICS

This position serves as the subject matter expert around Mike Albert’s Telematics Product line with a primary focus on managing strategic relationships with third party telematics and video telematics vendor partners. This role is responsible for optimizing vendor performance, expanding product offerings, and driving client satisfaction. The Product Manager partners closely with sales and marketing teams to develop sales enablement tools, support client-facing engagements, and launch targeted marketing campaigns that accelerate growth

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Four-year college degree or five years of equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Effectively promote and develop relationships with both internal and external clients and vendors.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required.
  • Maintain professional composure in a dynamic work environment with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources including a variety of factors and generate conclusions from the data reviewed.
  • Analyze client needs to recommend appropriate solutions while being aware of cost/benefit issues.
  • Familiarity with relational databases.
  • Prior experience with project and product management methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Individuals must have personal flexibility to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Service Delivery: Growth & Sales Support

  • Drive growth of telematics products through cross-functional collaboration on strategic initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and support campaign execution.
  • Provide market/product education and support to Business Development Managers and Client Partner Managers throughout the product sales cycle.
  • Assist with pricing strategies to ensure competitive and accurate proposals.
  • Conduct or facilitate product demonstrations.
