We are looking for a talented Product Support Representative to join our product team in our branch in Perth. This role will support our mining customers in Western Australia. About this role: As a member of our Product support team, this role supports our Mining business customers across Western Australia Manage the engine life database Respond to urgent customer requirements – technical and product issues Liaise with Key stakeholders such as our customers and engineers. Develop strong relationships with our valued customers Uphold our Cummins values and adhere to all company policies and procedures Desirable attributes for this role: Excellent communication skills Customer centric approach to business Able to develop strong, value-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders Serve as a technical support resource, providing diagnostic support on complex repair events Mechanical training is desirable but not essential. Compensation and Benefits Annual Salary - commensurate with experience. Participation in an annual variable compensation (bonus) program. Salary continuance insurance.
