We are seeking a dedicated Product Support professional to join our team in Pennsylvania. Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) in the heavy equipment aggregate industry plays a vital role in connecting customers with the necessary parts, service, and support to ensure their equipment operates efficiently and profitably. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of delivering quality equipment solutions

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Often requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, service, or parts within the heavy construction or aggregate industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of heavy equipment, specifically in the aggregate industry, and the ability to quickly learn about new product lines.
  • Sales Skills: Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities are crucial.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective time management, territory planning, and the ability to manage multiple projects are important.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software is often required.
  • Other: A valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, and a positive attitude are usually expected.
