QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A background in engineering and/or construction
  • A post-secondary degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is preferred
  • A technical aptitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage a busy queue with competing priorities
  • Effective troubleshooting skills, particularly over email, telephone, and video calls
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO…

As a Product Support Representative, you’ll help customers bring their play spaces to life by providing top-level technical support for our MAKR product lines — including playgrounds and park features (Parkworks) and splashy aquatic play areas (Waterplay). You’ll be the technical expert our customers rely on, offering guidance during the sales and installation process, and providing service for installed projects. You’ll get hands-on with exciting products like playgrounds, splash pad equipment, and PLC controllers — and become a go-to expert in all things play!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use a wide range of communication and problem-solving skills to provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Work closely with in-house engineers and suppliers
  • Access a wide variety of manufacturing and sales software programs
  • Manage customer cases within our Customer Relationship Management system
  • Review plan sets and make recommendations
  • Support quality control through product testing and the submission of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
  • Perform service and commissioning work on project sites as required
