Description:
Brandt is currently seeking a Product Support Representative located in Moncton. This position will support either our Construction & Forestry or our Transportation division.
This position is responsible for placing customer orders throughout our network of locations spanning from coast to coast. Brandt has a rigorous and comprehensive training program to educate on products, terminology, and techniques necessary to succeed in this position. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy and have the ability to quickly adapt to multiple web applications and technical programs and resources. Fluency in both French and English is a requirement.
Required Skills
- Previous industry experience is considered an asset but not necessary
- Experience with technical programs
- Recent graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply

- Well versed in all Microsoft applications
- Understanding of working in a group environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to multiple parts and inventory program
Responsibilities:
- Provide pricing and inventory shipping times to customers
- Assisting customers by navigating multiple parts lookup programs
- Providing assistance for other Brandt field staff members
- Dealing with multiple vendors to provide the customers with various options
- Continuous training to maintain the highest level of service
- Assisting other departments to achieve a harmonious working environment
- Various other duties as assigned
