In this high-impact role, you will represent the trusted Caterpillar® gas engine brand, manage key customer relationships, and drive the sale of engine parts, service solutions, and technical support across the oil & gas industry. What You’ll Do Promote and sell Caterpillar gas engine parts, service solutions, and technical support Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers reduce owning and operating costs Handle technical inquiries, follow-up communication, and issue resolution Provide accurate quotes, manage contract reviews, and oversee sales coverage Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity Partner with internal service teams to ensure seamless customer support What We’re Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field (equivalent industry experience considered) 3+ years’ experience in gas compression, oil & gas, or heavy equipment Strong knowledge of engine principles Proven sales and customer service success Excellent relationship building and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Self-motivated, organized, and solution-oriented Why Join Mustang Cat?
