The Product Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support for assigned projects. You will make an impact in this role by: Being a highly motivated team player who is able to work as a liaison between customers, sales, product managers and customer service. Managing projects and resolve company/customer related technical issues. Updating distributors and Reginal Sales Managers on product line changes. Maintaining price lists and literature. Preparing price quotations. Working within the organization and interact with Product Managers, Sales, Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing. Requirements To be considered for the Product Support Specialist role, you must have the following minimum qualifications: Two (2) year technical degree required; 4-year technical degree preferred.
