The Product Support Specialist Intern is integral to supporting our Product Support team and resolving customer logs. Spend 10 weeks learning about Trax Software, eMRO and eMobility Products. Learn the ins and outs of product support while refining your product knowledge to help assist Trax customers. Internship or work experience in the aviation and/or software industry, a plus. GPA of 3.0 or higher A top candidate for this position has or is: Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
