JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Product Support representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, assisting with product inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a customer service role; experience in product support is a plus.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrated sales skills with a focus on upselling products effectively.

Responsibilities
