Job Title Product Support Specialist (ultrasound) Job Description As a Product Support Specialist, you will be providing expert level technical support to worldwide response centers and field product specialists. Your role: Developing and implementing action plans for escalated customer sites. Developing service communications (service bulletins, field change orders) for distribution to the field service organization and updates to knowledge management systems. Maximizing customer satisfaction with our current products through timely and responsive monitoring of product reliability and performance data. Understanding the support needs of our customers, and championing those needs through serviceability reviews in the development of new products, as well as enhancements to the existing product portfolio. Driving process and quality improvements through sustaining engineering projects and core teams, including documenting requirements and management of project deliverables. You're the right fit if: A Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, IT, Health Sciences or equivalent. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer service related role, with a focus in systems engineering, technical troubleshooting, and/or product technical support within the ultrasound space. Your skills include the ability to multi-task and interact with a variety of people and functions globally, while making sound, quality focused decisions based on customer needs. You also have excellent customer service and teamwork skills. Familiarity/understanding with Windows operating systems. You’re a strong verbal and written communicator and work effectively in a dynamic, interrupt-driven environment. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in (Bothell, WA) is $100,000 to $160,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
