PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST - WCA1102025

Provide technical support to the local Sales organization and customers by identifying the most suitable and cost-effective solutions. Develop and present technical proposals for applied products and technologies to support the end-to-end sales process. Serve as a key technical resource for supporting divisions.
Product Support - Main Accountabilities

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Software Engineering.
• Experience with Industrial Control products and/or application knowledge in industrial automation.
• Competency with programming languages such as ANSI C, Structured Text (ST), Ladder Diagram (LD), Python, NodeRed, and familiarity with CodeSys is considered a strong asset.
• Successful completion of the certified Engineering Launchpad training program (3 months) will be required.
• Additional certified Sales Launchpad training is expected to be completed within the first year.
