PRODUCT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN – HEAD OFFICE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Support Technician to join our orthotic manufacturing team at our site in Leeds.
The Role:
The successful candidate will facilitate the movement of orders across orthotic production. Working with the Production Planner to assist in planning Orthotic work orders on a daily basis, ensuring lead times and customer expectations are met working whilst working within the Quality and HSE standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on patient orders across all orthotics manufacturing departments.
  • Ensure all orders are processed and manufactured in date order.
  • Provide the Production Planner with up-to-date, accurate information on the status of all patient orders.
  • Keep Team Leaders informed of order progress and production issues, supporting their ability to meet key KPIs.
  • Assist in updating the production plan, particularly in the absence of the Production Planner.
  • Support the Production Planner and Production Manager in coordinating and streamlining workflow.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between departments to minimise delays and optimise patient order delivery.
