Description

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG) is seeking a Product Systems Analyst to advocate for our technology teams to move faster, work smarter, and deliver greater impact. This role connects business context with technical implementation, ensuring the design of impactful, measurable results.
The Product Systems Analyst is responsible for identifying and shaping the right problems to solve, shape thoughtful solutions, and effectively communicate them in ways that drive action. Your results will directly support better outcomes for users and the business to help teams stay aligned, focused, and impactful.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in effectively communicating to different parts of an organisation we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, designers and key stakeholders to clarify goals, uncover assumptions, and drive alignment and delivery across the team.
  • Capture and communicate concepts, requirements and future vision using formats that best support understanding - whether that’s a User Story, written summary, annotated diagram, mock flow, table, or brief walkthrough.
  • Maintain a communication-first mindset - always tailoring documentation and artifacts to the audience and purpose, never defaulting to one-size-fits-all formats.
  • Have an AI first mindset - be excited to utilise AI technology to supercharge your work.
  • Proactively identify gaps, edge cases, and logic issues, and work with the team to address them early in the process.
  • Drive cross-functional problem-solving, helping the team navigate ambiguity, frame trade-offs, and stay focused on user and business outcomes.
