REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Industrial design, Product Design, & Product Engineering.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Unity Engine, 3D modelling software, CNC software, Autodesk software and Adobe software.
• Confident working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office package.
• 12+ years of experience in a similar role within a production facility or product-oriented company.
• Conscientious work ethic with a keen eye for detail.
• Must be meticulously organised and have the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
• Good communicator.
• Team player.
• Skills to read and interpret product designs and architectural drawings.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet customer needs.
• Comfortable working alone and/or as part of a team.

• Lead the R&D of EOMAC products.
• Use different software and programming for prototyping and product development.
• Complete takeoffs and estimates for different production lines.
• Provide reports and documentation to the wider team for product/ project execution.
• Prepare different product drawings and blueprints.
• Compiling and altering different drawings.
• Quantity Survey and preparation of as-built drawings.
• Ensure quality control during the product prototyping cycle.
• Inspecting and surveying projcts with other professionals and clients at an early stage to agree a project brief.
• Work closely/coordinate with other professionals such as senior management, production managers, operations teams, architects, quantity surveyors, project managers, manufacturers and suppliers.
• Develop detailed designs and methodologies for the construction stage.
• Co-ordination with the internal project management team throughout the entire life cycle of products & projects.
