Description

We are hiring a CPTO to own product direction and technology execution under one accountable leader. You will align strategy, prioritization, architecture, delivery, and quality, leading through the Head of Product and Head of Engineering. Key Responsibilities Own product strategy and prioritization across the ERP portfolio; set measurable outcome metrics. Own technology direction: scalability, security, reliability, and engineering standards. Build a predictable delivery system (release cadence, QA discipline, incident response). Create clear decision rights and operating cadence across Product, Engineering, and key stakeholders. Requirements Saudi Citizen (mandatory). Proven leadership of both Product and Engineering (CPTO-equivalent scope), leading through managers. Track record shipping complex B2B SaaS/platform products; multi-module systems preferred. Strong decision-making: ruthless prioritization, tradeoffs, and executive accountability. Experience with ERP domains (Fintech, CRM, Supply Chain, Project Management) and compliance-heavy workflows. Experience scaling teams 30+ and building leadership layers (EMs, PM leads, principals).

Responsibilities
