At Roche you can show up as yourself, embraced for the unique qualities you bring. Our culture encourages personal expression, open dialogue, and genuine connections, where you are valued, accepted and respected for who you are, allowing you to thrive both personally and professionally. This is how we aim to prevent, stop and cure diseases and ensure everyone has access to healthcare today and for generations to come. Join Roche, where every voice matters. The Position We are now looking for a Product & Tender Manager within Clinical Chemistry and Immunochemistry to join our Commercial Customer Excellence Chapter at Roche Diagnostics Sweden. In this role, you will work at the intersection of product management, public procurement, and commercial strategy — contributing to sustainable business growth while supporting high-quality patient care. You will be part of our Core Lab Customer Area team, reporting to the Core Lab Business Segment Lead. We are a collaborative and forward-looking organization where teamwork, knowledge sharing, and trust are key. You will work closely with colleagues across commercial and operational functions in Sweden, as well as with regional and global stakeholders. This is a Swedish-speaking position. Our office is located in Solna, Stockholm, and we are open to considering a field-based location within Sweden. Travel within Sweden (to customer sites and the Stockholm office) is a natural part of the role. Your Role – Making an Impact As Product & Tender Manager, you will have a broad and meaningful responsibility. You will ensure that our tender processes are professional, compliant, and competitive, while also supporting the lifecycle and performance of our product portfolio. You will: Drive Successful Tender Processes • Monitor upcoming RFIs and public tenders. • Lead and coordinate the full tender process in close collaboration with cross-functional colleagues. • Ensure that our proposals are high quality, compliant, strategically aligned, and delivered on time. • Act as the main contact towards customers during the tender phase. • Continuously develop our value proposition based on market insights, sustainability requirements, and regulatory developments such as LOU. Strengthen and Support Our Product Portfolio • Take ownership of lifecycle management for launched products within Core Lab, also supporting POC portfolio. • Ensure transparent communication regarding product updates or supply matters. • Provide structured market feedback and improvement suggestions to regional and global product teams. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to support strong business cases and proposals. You will not do this alone. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and work in close collaboration across functions — your strength will be in bringing people together and moving processes forward. Who You Are We are looking for someone with a life science background who enjoys responsibility and thrives in a collaborative setting. You are structured and analytical, but also pragmatic and solution-oriented. You feel comfortable coordinating complex processes and engaging different stakeholders. You likely bring: • A university degree in a relevant life science field (biomedicine, biotechnology, medicine or similar) • Experience working with healthcare products and/or disease management solutions. Preferably within Clinical Chemistry and Immunochemistry • Experience within Point of Care diagnostics is highly meritorious, as it complements our Core Lab portfolio and supports a holistic approach to laboratory and decentralized testing solutions • A solid understanding of the Swedish healthcare system • Project management experience and the ability to drive processes from start to finish • Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with tenders and commercial proposal work (meritorious) • Familiarity with CRM systems, SAP, or business data tools (a plus) Most importantly, you are curious, collaborative, and motivated by contributing to a healthier Sweden - where all knowledge is put to use. At Roche Diagnostics Sweden, you will have the opportunity to combine scientific knowledge, commercial thinking, and meaningful customer interaction — in a role where your work truly matters. We look forward to hearing from you. Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
