Job Description : Maintain and control testability to keep production continue. Identifies and resolves assigned product yield, productivity, quality and reliability problems to achieve company target. Leverage Productivity, Quality, Cycle time and all other manufacturing aspect to contribute company success. Qualifies new products / process to enable production startup. Resolves technical problem to ensure smooth operation. Qualifications : Bachelor or Master‘s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields. 0-2 years’ experience in Semiconductor electronics industry or related fields. Strong analytical, Problem solving skills and project management, facilitation and effective communications skills Be able to work under pressure. Six Sigma knowledge or certification is preferable.
